TNQ Food Trail

Cairns, Port Douglas and the Atherton Tablelands have always had a reputation for great local produce – from its seafood to its wide range of tropical fruits and vegetables.  Nowadays it’s also developed itself as a location to find great coffee, as well as its cafes that bring something new to the food scene.   With that in mind, Tourism and Events Queensland recently engaged me to capture images to illustrate a number of blog posts they were running, highlighting the Tropical North Queensland food trail, as well as things to do and places to see in the region.   From locally produced liqueurs, to gelati and unique offerings, such as crocodile pies and chocolate peanut butter, we covered a wide range of locations and food experiences.  Here are some of the pics.
