An exciting new Entertainment Leisure Precinct at Smithfield Shopping Centre in Cairns has recently been completed – adding a cinema complex, medical suites, retail shops and a range of indoor/outdoor dining options.  I was there to highlight ADCO’s design and construct of the project and to capture a first look at this impressive extension to the centre.
