Leading business advisory and accountancy firm Crowe Horwath recently had me in to update their staff profiles.  A white background was chosen as this lends itself easily for uses across a wide range of formats and mediums.  Shooting on location with a portable backdrop and professional lighting meant minimal disruption to staff and the working day.  Proofing the images on an iPad as we went along, also allowed staff to view the images immediately and to ensure they were involved in the process, providing their feedback.  After the shoot, these were again proofed, online, to allow staff to choose from a selection for finishing.

The results are images that reflect their professional attitude and demeanor, and just importantly, their friendliness and approach-ability.
