I recently worked with Grant Thornton Cairns (formerly KPMG) to refresh the corporate headshots for their staff. Being one of the largest accountancy & business advisory firms in the region, we had quite a few to photograph – around 60 or so staff over two days, at their office premises. Scheduling 10-15 minutes for each staff member, enabled time to be able to craft a range of looks, tailored to the individual branding of the business. Having the ability to proof the images on a screen as we went along, also allowed us to get input from the staff themselves on what suited them best. Finally, following the shoot, the staff were make their selection from a range of proofs online.
